for me,mag.lisod na ko tuo. kay,nag.p.sabot lang na pwede ra d i m.palit gihapn og kwarta ang justice nato diri. mura bitaw ang justice naa ra sa mga datu or powerful people. kung pobre ka, pesensya nalng. dugay au imo caso. pro pag.rich and powerful ka. dali ra kaau. hayahay pa au sa jail. more previlages pa. mao na pra sa ako mahulog na wa na ko salig sa ato justice system dri. labi na sa n.hitabo karn sa manila... imbis ta dinha ta dagan nila na we thought fair. di man d i japon... in the end they are all humans pareha nato.... sometimes m.dala pud sa power sa money...

its just base on what i feel and what ive understand the situations now....

I still trust our justice system. The very reason why the Supreme Court is reprimanding the justices involved in the alleged bribery is for trust to be restored.

As I see it, the allegations of bribery were not duly proven, as there seemed to be no concrete evidence that Justice Roxas received money in favor of his decision. Besides, the ruling is based on the merits. If one would ask any lawyer, the decision penned by Justice Roxas is based on the merits, since SEC is really without jurisdiction over intra-corporate disputes.

Naa pa man dyud daghan diha nga ligdung sa ilang trabaho. Like any institution, duna gyuy mga bad eggs nga masagul. It is an uphill battle for the SC to cleanse the courts of hoodlum in robes but what was recently done to punish erring members of the court is a big step forward.
Duna man sad mga huwes nga nag protect sa ilang mga pangalan so dili tanan. Duna say mga kurakot dili man ni ikalimud pero sa akong pangagpas mas ubay ubay ang mga buotan diha sa atong korte.

i have never trusted PH judiciary ever since.. where in the world do legal suits decay for decades but here? if you don't give them money, your case is as good as trash..
