i just bought my D-Link Router DI-604 then i have 2 PC
I have a question
how can i set up network
pc 1 will be the main and my pc 2 will just a network so i
open drive c or d from pc 1 does anyone how to set up the ip address..

help me thx !!

i dynamic IP lang bro ang duha ka pc then assign the same work group name, mag kita nana sila.

I assume the routers IP is 192.168.0.1.
Set you PC1 IP to 192.168.0.2, and your PC2 ip to 192.168.0.3
Set the gameway to 192.168.0.1
Set the DNS server to 192.168.0.1
Leave secondary DNS empty
Right click drive C and D, and enable sharing.
Thats it. Thats how I do it.

set up the same workgroup name, then assign ka ug static ip on both pc..then enable sharing on the drives of your open pc..

Kani kang softtouch bro mao na ni cya butangi lang og subnet mask na 255.255.255.0 detailed kaau na iya instructions.

The submask will be set automatically to 255.255.255.0 when you press the tab key or leave the input field after entering the IP, that's why I did not mention it.

to setup a workgroup, the easiest way i think is to right click MY COMPUTER -> PROPERTIES -> COMPUTER NAME -> click CHANGE -> click member of WORKGROUP -> type WORKGROUP (or anything as long as the two PC have the same workgroup). do this in both computers.
