Yes, absoulely. The program will hash into your deep hardware codes so that it cannot be transferred from another PC. And those codes will be sent to Microsoft database server =)

mga bai, for example i do graphics designing for posters, flyers, magazines etc... using unlicensed OS and other softwares, is it possible that i get caught for using illegal software. will the NBI trace who made those large format billboards for example and check if the software used is licensed?

mga bro just an info lang...MS will just get the information of your MBoard but not all the hardwares that you have. meaning you can change other hardware except for you MBoard for it is already registered as soon as you have activated your OEM copy to MS. Kung mag cge ka ug format then it's okie coz as long as same ra na MBoard imong gamiton for the same license that you have registered for that particular PC.
