Why prayers are sometimes unanswered?

ive been praying so hard na maka realize unta akong x husband sa sala nga iya gubaht then mag repent cya and we could be together again kay i do believe in the preservation of marriage pero ive heard from my friend na their relationship with the gurl is going strong...
its been 7 monts na since our break up and until now wla jud koy nakita nga sign na mobalik cya..

does it mean ba na god didnt answer my prayers coz he is not meant for me and there is somebody out there who is best for me? but were married?
do i have to give up our marrriage and wait for that better person to come?
or i am just being impatient to wait for his answer...
