Issues with Toyota

electronics and automobiles are very different. cost of labor and materials for manufacturing a car is way more than a simple stereo. I'm not even going to get into R&D.

that is right.... a STEREO is a simple electronic.... and it gets cheaper to make and with more features every year just like LCD TV, LAPTOP, Cellphones etc....

Why does Toyota give us GENERIC stereo... and let us pay A Premium price.....

do you think toyota is increasing their price because of STEEL and paint only... TELL that to the marines...

Oh yes. best value money can buy ang toyota because if i am really into REAL MACHINES as in DREAM MACHINES, I'll get the BMW- the ultimate driving machine.

no telling to the marines bro. you have a very little idea on why car prices increase. there are more to that than the paint and steel. let me educate you a bit- they spend on a lot of things to come up with new models- Research and development, product innovations, prototypes, testings, etc.

And for sure they made a research before they downgraded the stereo. for sure they have found out that the cheap stereo will never affect their sales.

FOR THE 3RD TIME. Toyota DOES NOT have generic stereos!!!! they are made by fujitsu ten who also make Eclipse (one of the best SQ stereos out on the market). I hate repeating myself!!! do I have to drill that into your head?
