    Smile Water Matters


    pila man ka baso inyo gi na maintain kada adlaw?
    kung gamay imong ma inom mo epekto sa imong waste? hardcore kaau ipagawas?

    if gamay ang ma inom water - - colorful ang imo wewe?

    if daghan - colorless or white bana heheh ang tawag?

    unsa ka importante ang tubig?


    need info lang hehehe

    if mo workout ko mga 4.4liters a day maybe more pero usually around 2 to 3 liters tingali..

    if gamay ako water idrink baho ako wee2x and it's kinda dark purag consentrated..

    ..naturally imong ihi kay concentrated kung gamay ra imong ma-inom..kay unsa may ipagawas sa imong lawas kung gamay ra imong intake..

    U need 8-10 glasses of water per day.

    Water affects your elimination (pagtatae). Kung less water intake = constipated ka (hard stools).

    It also affects urine concentration. Kung mas daghan ka water intake mas less concentrated imo ihi and it promotes removal of urine and waste products.

    So very important ang tubig sa normal na tao. Sa mga sakit na renal failure (for ex: naay sakit sa kidney) lahi na pud nang istoryaha.

    ako kay more than 10 ka baso nga tubig kung naa sa haus den kung naa ko skul 4 ka bottles nga tag 500ml so it makes 2000ml... mao na cge pod ko ihi2x...

    water is essential for us it detoxify our body from chemicals from the food medicine we take in.
    it also makes our skin look younger and makes it glow... mao na maau mo inom ug tubig more than 10 glasses a day kay ato lawas is compose of 70 percent of water...
