    kadali raba mo pasangil sa mga tawo nga virus. you need to check if issue is caused by applications in your computer or outside factors.

    to check if issue is coming from system, go to safe mode with networking. kung ok ngadto, it means nga there's something in normal mode nga naka ingon ana.

    disable security programs. try different browsers, check connections, check proxy server settings, daghan pa kaayo ko ma add ani nga steps.

    this is a globelines problem.... restart ra modem/router.... this not caused by a virus
