The difference between IT and CS is IT focuses more on practical applications of computer systems for a company's information infrastructure. Typical jobs sa IT graduates are Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, DB Administrator, Web Developer and Technical Support. CS on the other hand is more focused on computing theories hence mas ngilngig na sila ug programming. Typical jobs inig graduate kay naa sa software development. Pinakasayon na description kay IT grads maayo mu setup and maintain ug hardware and software for a company's IT system needs while ang CS grads creates the software para sa company.

About the uniform sa laki, ang color kay light brown polo shirt ug dark grey pants. Kita ka anang waffle? Pareho ana ug color ug pattern ang polo sa uniform. Pareho'g color sa mga pintal sa building sa CIT. At least dile maroon and gold ang color sa uniform hehe

Why won't you take up CS at UP? I've been to UP way back and they're really way better than other schools of the courses that they offer, I can tell.

i did hire sa CIT para programing before till now...all i can say 50/50 gyud sa naning as for the UP dinhi sa cebu....never had a problem sa ilang programing bisag network documentation...pero mangayu ug daku gyud salary taga UP compared to the rest...tarung ilang pag remarks sa program...dili mu tapul( i am not sure ilang training bana sa UP but sulit)....but if mag dali ka ug hire para small project and not particular with the documentation and dont wanna use or recode the old prog. yourself then CIT...both schools are ok...i think it is up to the students in the end gyud para mag na ning..
pag klaru lang sa imung employer what can you do and what you did....and if kaya ba nimu.

para ma maayo jud ka, do self study,make your own projects. the internet is a good source of those.
