i suggest reformat ka windows nimo kay mura infected na imong computer. that's just my advise para limpyo gyud tanan.

rstrui.exe is the system restore utility. if it cannot be found, it either the system restore utility has gotten corrupted or your pc has been hit by spyware, malware or virus.

you can do the "sfc /scannow" command. its the system file checker. it scans windows files and repairs it. you may need the windows cd installer.

you can also do a repair of windows xp using the cd installer. during setup, dont select repair. select install. after it scans for existing windows installation select the partition that has windows installed. the good thing about this it wont remove installed programs. the bad thing about this is you are gonna reinstall windows critical updates and hotfixes. unless you have made a custom installer where you have slipstreamed the service packs and hotfixes.

there are guides on the web with screenshots that can guide you. you might wanna google for it.

if it doesnt work then you last option is to do a clean install of xp. just remember to backup. ^_^
