IDE problem

kasulay ko ani pro bsin lahi tong ako. kay pag ilis nko ug ide cable niatarong man cya.. try daw.

BRO 80% sure ko IDE ang problema, ayaw jud na i bend or lukota kay nipis kaayo nag foil mao na usuall prolem ang IDE diay cause.

Suggestion: Replaced ur IDE cable and I am sure it will works.

One thing, never i update ang bios if dili ka sweto, it will lead to permanent damage of the motherboard.

I tested it yesterday with a new cable to no avail. I also tried flashing the CMOS, but dili maflash with the error "unknown flash type". Nagthink ko masolve ako problema sa pagflash but i'm stuck.

You tried ur hdd to other PC? i try ug boot as master or slave. Basin na sayup kag set sa jumper mao sad na bantayan.

yep, it worked fine sa other PC. i checked the jumper and okay raman. Check nako sa site, i think nakalock ang pagflash sa BIOS. Will update. Thank you all for the replies

Wrong nimo pag flash may cause permanent damage. Basin imo mobo naa nanga bali nga ide pins check daw. I klaro ug flash imo bios using dos base jud.

Ayo na mga bro!!! Thank you sa inyong mga help. Mystery fix to. Yesterday, i got to flash the BIOS succesfully. But the problem didn't go away. I went to BIOS, changed the setting from auto to Manual+CHS and save settings. Restart, and pagbalik nako sa BIOS, nadetect na niya. Don't know why. Thank you all.
