these are so true... i noticed if not all, some are not wearing helmet on the run... > maynta maligsan sa trak.

and those government vehicles parked on night clubs... why can't you get a picture of proof and send it to their respective halls. even in media, sunstar, superbalita...

just dont turn on your flash when you take photos, be wise to cover your camera as they may see you right before you could click your cam for a shot.
