yes, you are right rishee, being qualified is really different from being well versed/good...
because what you get from degrees are just theoritical in nature and planned problem solving, outside is a different world and the real one...

yeah. to be totally honest, dili makasaligan tanan graduates.. naa gihapon uban questionnable.. tsk tsk tsk..

even if your school feeds you all the info you need, not everyone can internalize it.. and some others are just good in cheating.
your degree is just a peace of paper attached to your resume and application letter.. and yeah.. if you have a good GPA, great! but some employers still wont buy it..

teach yourself how to learn.. as i say at least.
This is why I wish employers here should be getting Skills as opposed to a bachelor's degree..
It should always be equall opportunity.. but then again, if we give out too much freedom, people will lose discipline.. so yeah.. college degree requirement will always be there to ward off unwanted people.. hehe

sa mga tao na ani outlook ila kaugalingon....i think defense mechanism na nila when they felt threatend in a way. usually, mao na ang facade ila butang sa ila self just to pretend of wats lying under. sa pcychology pa ky wa ni sila confidence within kaau or probably kulang ang self regard coz they want to cling to this idea (sa ila accomplishments)... ky kung fulfilled ka na taw, d na kinahanglan e-brag pa ky mo show ra man na naturally and other people will be the one to notice it anyway.
