    Default Upgrading Dilemma

Hi to all, this is my first time posting on the forums.
    Proc: Athlon 2000XP(t-bred) @1667mhz w/ stock cooling
    RAM: 2x128mb generic DDRRAM (pc2100)
    VC: Sapphire Radeon 9600xt 128mb 128bit @500mhz core/325mhz memory
Mobo: a7s333 (4x mode ra ang kaya sa mobo, max nga ma support nga ram kay pc2700)
    HD: 40gb 5400rpm Seagate hd

Games like The Sims 2 University take about 5-10 mins. to load, unya ang Dungeon Siege 2 kay hinay sad. Half-Life 2, Farcry og Doom3 wala nalng nako suwayi kay dili tngali ma dala, usik ra sa kwarta i-palit og cd. I'm a big fan of RPG games too. Since hapit naman ma release ang The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion(btw, i loved its successor Morrowind) gusto ko nga naakoy rig nga maka kaya ani.
Mao ni ang options nako pra upgrade:

    1) Upgrade to Athlon64 3200+(Soc 939) then a Soc939 nforce3 mobo that supports AGP for my old VCard, then get a PC3200 512mb stick of RAM(kung ma dala og storya ang parents basin pwede ma 1Gig hehe ).

    2) Stick with my old mobo and proc pero ill get a better AGP vcard(nag libog ko kung asa ani nila:6800GT, X800XL(dunno kung available ba ni dri) or 6600GT) then a PC2700 512mb ram(kung madala 1 Gig). If you guys think mo bottleneck ang 4x nako nga mobo basin ill upgrade to a Socket A mobo capable of 8x and PC3200.

    3) Finally mag add lng ko og 1Gig PC2700 RAM now, then, huwat nlng until christmas. Since mas dako na og budget ako parents ani nga time ma dala na og athlon64 3200+, nya nforce4 mobo, nya PCI-E na nga vcard(libog gihapon ko between sa 6800GT,6600GT or X800XL ).

If I go for option 1, by christmas time maka upgrade na ko sa akong vcard(pero agp version lang). Then the same for option 2 maka upgrade ko sa akong proc come christmas time. Pero ang problema aning 2 kay ma stuck ko sa AGP nya ang akong chipset will be nforce 3. So mangutana ta ko, dako ba jud ang diperensya sa nforce3 nga chipset og sa apg bus kaysa sa pci-e og nforce4 in terms of performance in games? Is it worth waiting for a few more months to get nf4 and pci-e?
Naa sad koy nalibugan about sa vcards. Bahin ni sa iyang memory interface, ang 128-bit og ang 256-bit nga vcard. I know nga mas nindot jud ang 256-bit pero, dako ba og performance gain ang 256-bit cards over sa 128-bit? Kay kung gamay ra, maybe ill just go for the 6600GT(almost half ra ang iyang price sa 6800GT) nya i-OC lng using RivaTuner. Sorry for all these questions, pero i want to arm myself with knowledge hehe
I appreciate any input or suggestions on this. Thanks!!Ā*

my opinion bro: in order ni siya...

    1.) ram
    2.) mobo
    3.) hard disk

pero kung mag change man kag mobo, change nalang pud procie... pero murag payter paman na ang athlon xp2000+... and imo VC kumbati pa na para nako... dili kaayo na sya proirity ilisan...

it think it's good to go for an nforce3 mobo arun ma gamit pa nimo ang VC (anyway, ma taud-tauran pa jud gihapon ning agp kay naa paman gihapon mga power nga VC in agp like 6600/6800 variants)...

    so summary:
1.) since mo game man jud ka, DDR400 512mb should be minimum (dili kaayo problema kay dili na kaayo mahal ang ram ron)
2.) nforce3 mobo and an A64 procie (maski 2800+ lang but if ako, daretso nakog 3000+ gamay ra diffrence sa price)
    3.) 7200rpm na hard disk

the rest of the components salvage nalang usa...

imo, 6600gt agp og pci-e, ang major benefit lang para nako(average user, casual gamer) kay future proofing kun mag pci-e...

performance wise, i dont think i can notice any difference...

256bit over 128bit mem bus, dako difference technically, but i'm not sure kung noticeable ba jud kaayo ang difference in actual gameplay... well siguro kung hardcore gaming jud nga high res jud and max detail tanan basin ma kita na jud ang difference...

but to casual gamers like me who have casual pockets lang pud, hehehehe, kontento na kaayo ko anang 9600XT nimo bro...
