FOR ME!:

I am not not comfortable with gay marriage myself... BUT does it give the me right to stop them from doing so? ... I am not comfortable with Barney too, does that give me the right to protest against coz it makes me "Uncomfortable".

AGAIN... you may not like gay marriage ...and for that reason - "coz you dont like it", does it gives you the right to stop them?

heres one thing to ponder again...

Exclude the Bible... take the bible laws away for a second... ask yourself...

"What harm does gay marriage does to me?"

-if your answer is nothing... then you simply dont like the idea... and simply not liking the idea is not reason enough to stop people from doing so... its their right...

in a country that prides itself as free...

i'm supporting organizations who are against same *** marriage... it's just wrong, very unnatural... the purpose of marriage is procreation, diba? so, how do these guys create life man? if they "love" each other, then they can be bestfriends... there are other gays and lesbians who fought through their struggles and achieve happily a marriage with the opposite ***...

1) Marriage is an idea ok... and its reason is different from people to people... you may think as marriage as procreation, but not everyone has the same opinion about it... some people think marriage is about committment and companionship.... you should respect other opinions...

2) Being Gay / Lesbians is not a choice, they are born into it... it what makes them truly happy... so what gives you the rigth to stop other people from acheiving what makes them happy if it doesnt harm you or other people in the process?

here are some facts on homosexual marriages and some of the reasons why groups are against it:

-couples have higher rates of promiscuity than heterosexual couples. violence in homo couples exceeds that of hetero relationships.
-studies show homosexual marriage is hazardous to one's health
-homosexuals make poor parents
-homosexual marriages are short lived


these are not from any biblical facts and these doesn't speak of religion rather it speaks on the language most consider to be acceptable, science.

look it up and try to see why 'marriage' exists only between man-woman

What gave you the right to say that the catholics can't opposed to same *** marraige. First of all the Philippines is a free country. Secondly YOU should give them respect since they do have reason to oppose. Everyone has the right to disagree or agree but no one should silence to the people they opposed. UKINANA DAGITI BAYOT
