very common virus ra ni, if iya disabled ang registry, taskmanager, etc..
and the error itself " RUNTIME ERROR 32 00405DF1" definitely it's a virus.

The reason why you didn't found any virus, probably you should consider the following first Antivirus Software and second the updates for the virus definition/signature..

I suspect that the virus still residing in your flash memory. You've said that you formatted your PC and perhaps you installed programs again. Most probably, you inserted your flash again in your PC and again the virus manipulated..

i agree with u AMD.. me too is using avast!,,, as long as it is always updated, patay ang trojan... formatting is actually the last solution of such problem.... pero kung madala pa, ayaw sa reformat kay kapoy cge install balik mga softwares and apps.... hehehe...

so you mean to say that it is not hardware related? but why is it that the msconfig still automatically minimize even though i was just finish formatting with new partition and fresh os? is there a possibility that the virus was not removed by the time that i format it?
