ngano man mag worry ang uban na di kalarga ug amerika? di ra man guro US ang nangita sa kalibutan ug nurses diba? tinuod retrogression ron as i have heard ky ang uban na mana interview ky na pending ky wa na available visa for them. hulat na pod sila.

do ur homework matud pa emow...and true daghan mangilad agents ron. be aware and careful lang. did u all know na ang new USA ron is Australia? they have the same benefits as US even better infact. ila exchange rate ron is almost equivalent if not equivalent at all ha, to the US dollar dri. wa pa daghan test, english ra siguro. hinuon na mo transition schooling before maka practice IF gikan mo pinas BUT kung naa mo international experience ky waived na.

    check it out! go dayon....

tinood, lisod na maka adto sa US karon, kay nagkadaghan ang applicants pero limited lang ang visa allocation, kung mag allocate ang US e.g. 10,000 per country, mga pila lang ka nurse maka larga ana, mga 2,500 siguro average, the rest will be for the dependents, and assuming 50,000 ang mo graduate every 6 months, half of it will apply for US, mosamot kadugay dyud ang process, unless kung e increase ang allocation after sa election or ibalik nila ang Schedule A like before where Nurses and PTs belong, then siguro, medyo ok na....for now, maayo dyud consider Australia, NZ and/or Canada.

the quicker one can get to the stage of I-140 approval, the quicker will he/she be in the queue, I don't see any other ways and means one can fast track the process aside from H1B visa for which is designed for specialist nurses and the time element involved is very slim. If a hospital will sponsor an applicant, then it will still be I-140 route, otherwise, if an applicant will take the tourist visa route and AOS, the more it will take time since one can't adjust his/her status if the Visa Bulletin is not current, and with the way things are going, those who went through the consular processing may have better chances than those who have gone through the AOS route. IMO.

korek @dhongskee...pero as far as i now know, di lang 400k cud be greater than that! sa trueness lang ha, pwede bya sa australia or NZ ang applicant ra process. ang agents ky facilitation ra man na ila sa docs, i think ha. kung ang applicant will do his/her best to research the process ma-attain mn na nila on their own. unsay gamit sa internet. the easiest way to scout for employers but they have to comply the reqs for qualification sa gyud. ang gusto lang sa employers na current lang ang experience sa imo field, not necessary na tinu-ig gyud.

This is the route that I am talking about. That's why I said that it needs money, an employer that really wants to hire you usually direct employers, someone doing the legwork and follow-up here as an intermediary between the lawyer, employer and USCIS.

I know of nurses in 3-6 months naa na diri sa U.S. from the time they applied. Again, depende ra sa kwarta, diskarte ug connection.
