I guess you just overlooked reply # 58 . That post is from the guy who actually posted the contact person who is best to ask to regarding the question if you are serious of acquiring , learning or familiarizing the LPG CONVERSION SYSTEM .

BTW ... an LPG CONVERSION may give you good fuel mileage but it will rob your power big time , as in BIG TIME around the 30% area of HP .

Even if you convert to LPG and still retain the same fuel consumption say for example 1:10, you only save on the fuel cost as for now.Pero still wala ta ka siguro sa price ani in the future kay basin mu spike pud pataas.

solution: let's try what japan is doing....bicycles,naa sila bicycle lane, Filipino engineers when sent to japan don't expect to have a service car like in the US instead they are issued a bike...they invest on bullet train for long trips or far destinations...medyo lisod nalng gyud ta mga Pinoy mu change...still the same mentality gihapon

Exactly... as i've said it will really decrease the engine's potential. This is just like changing your 1.5 liter engine to a 1.3 liter one just to save fuel.. and the fuel saved still isnt that much. To be sure, All you have to do is compare between the price that you have paid for the conversion+ maintainenance for the LPG system and the fuel expenses that you have saved.

by the way, I heard that LPG price is increasing as well.

LPG can damage valve seats. it is phenomenon is called a "micro welding", because the valves has no oil/moisuture by not using gasoline, it becomes dry, and when it is dry, it because very hot, when the valve seat and the valves are very hot, it welds itself to each other.

I thought of that too.. but init ra kaayu ang Pinas..in cebu, i think we need trains and buses, mura new york or big cities.. I thought of converting to LPG my old Civic ESI but then when I was in Manila cge ko ride ug LPG taxis.. sometimes maka smell ko sa LPG , although dili ko sensitive ana but I can smell it and if sak-unun dili kaayu maayu.. karun im planning to buy nalang a Hyundai getz or Kia picanto or a surplus engine 1.2 or 1.4 to save gas on city driving , if makawawart ill just buy another decent sedan for social events.

After ko nakakita ug hilis nga spark plugs on a Nissan Sentra nga nag gamit ug lpg (within six months period pa lang), nag sige ko search unsay possible cause sa corrosion on the plugs which I did not noticed on a Nissan Sentra using gasoline. One factor diay nga cause sa corrosion is hydrogen sulfide which is derived from carbonyl sulfide with the presence of water. It is very possible the kind of lpg nga naa dire sa atoa have carbonyl sulfide components or with impurities that later will produce corrosive compounds nga maoy hinungdan sa corrosion on engine running lpg. LPG in the UK have no issues on corrosion while lots cars here using lpg are suffering. I don't think it's the heat that is the problem with lpg or any fuel, our combustion engines can stand with the heat generated from combustion of lpg since it is a heat engine. The damage I noticed is corrosion which is more likely attributed to chemicals that will eat the metal.
