If you are a hardcore/seasoned whitewater kayaker you can also try the F.S. Catanico Falls which about 25 minutes from the CDO city center.

ask lang ko, if mahulog mo sa raft dili ba kuyaw na pauntog ang ulo sa rocks kay daghan man rocks, right?

nakasulay ko...nayabo jud among raft!haha
adrenalin rush to the highest level kaau!
gusto ko muadto sa babaw sa tubig pero murag
dugay kaau ang process..hehe...until maanod naka
ug maka-inom ug tubig kay nagpanic pero pagkita nimo
nga nalunod pud ang uban magkatawa ka!

nya hinumduman dayon ang instructions sa mga guide
...don't swim againts the current,just go with the flow!!!
