it's 2,000 per person and 1 room can accommodate 2 pax. But since it's very spacious it can even fit 3-4 pax. So it's 4,000 per room but just call the owner for negotiations. They are open to it. Free water but you have your own electric meter. you can even ask for internet access for just a minimal fee. It's for ladies only. It's newly renovated and very clean with common area that already have tv, dvd. etc. There's also a kitchen area for your use.
