    about sa uk-uk,wala man.gikan man to sa box gyud then wala damage.lolz,yup also read nga 100m ang max,ngano gyud kaha.

    kng naa ka multi tester ,testingi ang continuity..basin putol... bisag unsaon nimo pag crimp unya walay continuity ....mahurot nalng na imo cable sige putol... kung ok na crimp dayun .. nya mas maayu naa ka cable tester...

    pareha raman na bro ang straight connection. Pwede raman i una nimu ang ang white-orage. Pwede rasad ka mag una sa white-green as long as pareha sa tumoy, straight gud.

    top-of-the-line switches today are auto-sensing. meaning straight cables will be 'crossed' automatically by the switch if the equipment connected on the other side is an active equipment. same thing with a cross-over cable to straight. there are also switches that doesn't accept wrong termination or incorrect color coding even if it's already straight or cross. we're using one in our office...

    maybe you might have soft-crimped the RJ45s. use the correct color coding and terminate properly. hope this will help...
