How can I post my avatar?

Hello, I am having a hard time of adding avatar to my profile. How can I do it?
when I click edit avatar there is no option to add if you havent add ur avatar.

you need to be junior member level a.k.a "30-post member" before you can have the avatar option enabled. hope that helps.
