faith is useless without works its like body and spirit.
the manifestation of Faith is through works, and I'm pretty much sure that you're stuck to a verse in Ephesians 2 that stated "not by works".

Naa pud kay punto bro. But it will become complicated man gud if we will shift on to the context of salvation. Its like having faith that your girlfriend/boyfriend/wife/husband loves you and won't betray you, but you yourself is betraying her/him. So to complete the whole thing, have faith and trust to your partner but also do your part pud para you and your partner will live happily ever after.

For example, Pedro and Juan, friends who are both quite verbal about their courage, are to cross a hanging bridge to get to the next barrio. Pedro believes the bridge is strong enough to carry them, so he proceeds to walk across it. Juan, however, does not believe it's strong enough and fears it will snap, causing him to plunge down the cliff. So he stays.

My point was against hypocrisy. It is more what you do, rather than what you say, that reveals your actual faith.

Here's a passage with a similar point.

I do believe that not everything has to be biblical.
Second, I believe that para ninyo, if it is not in the bible then it is not true. If it is not something that you believe as a your interpretation of the bible then it is a lie.
