Drills have purpose. You don't ace an exam simply by sleeping the whole month then taking it (except probably if you're some savant or something)--like in all things, practice, practice, and more practice works.
I bet some of those cops play airsoft on weekendsMao nga well-oiled

I can't speak for those particular people, but if you're trying to make a general sweeping statement about simulations then I'll tend to disagree. One of the best commercial pilots in this country is a guy who flies Flight Simulator 2004 at home on a regular basis, after his real flights, and even recommends it to those who want to learn how to fly, and has even used it to teach certain procedures to new pilots in their airline. I am just posting this, lest others think of simulations as something you'll only be good at during the moment of simulation, and fail during the actual real life scenario.

If we compare the drill results and the performance of the police here, the discrepancy is as wide as a mile. I've been thinking about putting ASG and these people together in one drill and in a real one-time drill, let's see who's who. LOL. But I'd put my bet on ASG.
@rodsky:
I'm pointing my fingers on those police.
