Throughout His ministry, Jesus stressed the authority of the Scriptures. When tempted by Satan or battling His opponents, "It is written" was His defense and offense (Matt. 4:4, 7, 10; Luke 20:17). "'Man shall not live by bread alone, '" He said, "'but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God'" (Matt. 4:4). When asked how one could enter into eternal life, He answered, "'What is written in the law? What is your reading of it?'" (Luke 10:26).

even Jesus Christ said, "It is written".

Jesus was not stressing the authority of the scriptures. Jesus is the authority and not the scriptures. Anyone who will site a scripture verse but doesn't acknowledge Jesus Christ's authority, cannot cast away that evil.

wow special mention akow ni fingolfin
thanks bro...but if you've noticed ang ka-argue ko usually
ay those who don't stick to the topic and those who resort to personal attacks
especially those people who "assume" too much that a person thinks in the
same logical reasoning they have even if its twisted...hehehe
the rest are just discussions...a battle of thoughts
una is to confirm my personal truth
and pangalawa, to develop something better by trying to process
    the perception of others' truth

i appreciate people who objectively diasagree and present their own views
as much as those in who objectively agree

if i dont know anything about the subject matter
but im interested to learn, i ask
but even if i know about a topic but just plainly disinterested in the subject
    i shut up...
its better to shut up than partake in a futile discussion
that is a waste of time, energy, neurons, etc
    ang pagkakamali ko lang noon
i fell into the trap of some people dito sa istorya... (bagong pasok eh)
para sa akin, that's the lowest form of thought exchange
and the best way to deal with this kind of people
    is INDIFFERENCE...
dun mo malalaman ang difference between people na who
enggage in battle out of their own insecurities...
parang toddler kapag sinusumpong...kapag pinansin mo lalong lumalaki ulo

mas exciting kapag may objective contradictions dibah

we have our own minds to discern what is acceptable or not to us
in my awareness in being a student of tabboo subjects such as the paranormal & the occult
people often react violently to those whose reality are threatened
minsan kase may mga paniniwala tayong we passively accept
but we never proccess on our own...tulad ng religion
most people just accept that ano ang pinaglakihan nila...yun na
agreeing without thinking...borrowed concept of reality

siyempre kapag nasira ang concept ng iyong reality after all these years
ibig sabihin nun, you might be living a lie dibah?
natural to hold on to your present mentality
but in time, Ive learned to accept that reality is relative
so that's why Im open to all possibilities

without the hassle of the feeling of being bullied...
    IGNORE...hehehe
    love and light!
