@cebu-future.. I think corruption is a really harsh term. He is trying to help a broker find a client.. thus in turn helping the broker make commission. I see no corruption in that. It's up to the broker to give him a piece of the pie.

@gotcha79... you can be a real estate agent or a real estate broker.. why not try being a broker... that way you won't have to worry about the commission.

So far, is kinahanglan jud ka ug money para sa mga exams and para start up. Naay examination to get a license. So far mao ni ako nabasahan. Article man to sa government regarding real-estate brokers. Then naa sad to requirements to take the licensure exams. I'll post more kung makit-an ko to na article balik.
