[QUOTE=taga_ipil;2998513]I bet you bay you can't compete in terms of intelegence and smartness with any of...let's just say an ordinary starting call center agents!!!
i got agents who are bar top notchers, RN, Engineers, Teachers and other professionals...they exceeded the companies expectations and now they're working "still with the call center industry" as Leaders, i guess 6 or 7 times from what you currently earn...
You just don't know the relationship between Call Center industry, our Society and the Country or should I say do you have any idea at all what's going on around you?
If you got no high IQ then your not really qualified to work with "us"!!!
Try taking an exam to any of this contact centers...Etel, Convergys, Sykes, PS or Teletech...post here if you can pass either the phone interview or the written exam...and we will cheer for you!!!
The best thing that you can do is appreciate your work (if you have any) and the work of people around you...like us who work at call centers and wonder how easy and fulfilling our life is...
[QUOTE=nardz;3006170]I guess you did not read my previous post...
I've been in a call center industry

fyi - 95% of my agents gets promoted because they take serious on what they consider...work!!! hehehehehe
good luck with your life bro........
sorry but my Former TL dont want me to let go,
but on her on opinion, uyon sya sa ako decision
its nice to work on my field rather than working in a call center.
Do I hate call centers?
Off course not, ako lang g-inform ang katung mga tawo kung unsa advantage and disadvantage sa call center industry.
I guess you need to read my previous post.![]()
you better show statistics for that.. kay kung na promote pana
wala nay mga agent nga mo tubag sa calls sa mga customers sa inyo client...
but hear this, 40-50% turn-out or people who resign from there call center jobs every quarter
mao nang every saturday and sunday whole page ang inyong ads.

@taga ipil
stats?
where did you get that 50% turn out hahaha....do you even know what that really means?
call center companies kept on advertising because the industry is growing....that means more jobs for filipinos who are very well known for a having one of the best command of the english language.
how long have you been with the call center industry?...
yap your TL let go of you...is it just good for you? sounds like one, right?....that's positive scripting bro...sound good to your ear, but in reality...it's best for the company....you're not yet ready to stay!!!
did your good TL also told you that you are always welcome? but try it after 6 months? you need more training bro...![]()
