If i can suggest, the call center girl is right all the way. Im implying to the fact that CALL CENTERS should have LEVEL 2 support. If there are instances that goes out of hand, like in this case, LEVEL 1 support (the girl) should have a ready backup agent to take the call, just in case LEVEL 1 dont know how to handle sensitive calls like this. The guy in the phone is so inconsistent !!! Whats the connection of going to the US and the rebate he is asking
