Default Prevent User from Changing Network Properties

Good day mga Bros. Do you have an idea on how i would be able to restrict users from accessing or changing the Network Properties of a computer? I am using deep freeze and its purpose is to revert back any changes made by a user. But us there a way, wherein the user would not be able to access the network properties?

If this is a domain user then you may setup thru GPO, if not then try to figure out from the local security policy (I assumed your OS it's either XP home or Prof.)

you can hide specific control panel applets, type gpedit.msc on the run command. gpedit.msc is not available in Win XP Home.

if this computer is running winxp pro:

    click start > run

    type 'gpedit.msc', then click ok.

you'll find a lot of administrative templates here where you can save and then copy to other workstations if you do not have a server that can enforce or implement.

    goodluck!
