p-chan, share...share...share para mangniwang tang tanan! to save fuel cost (kay mugaan ang karga sa sakyanan)!
moyti ug p-chan, proponent pud diay mo sa mga ideas ni Tom Venuto? good! it was 5yrs ago since i was awakened by his teachings. maayo gyud ni siya, natural bodybuilder and everything he says make sense. i even used to exchange emails with him. i worked out for 6 months way back those times and i had the biggest improvement sa akong body compared sa akong mga gymmates na tinuig mag workout. i already attained 6-pack without doing ab routines (13% fat index). anyway, i layed off for 4 years after that and now im back again for another 1 year program. this is now my 7th month, so far my progress is from 21% fats down to 16%. goodluck natung tanan!!!![]()
13% mao na akong goal ron..hehehe.. i have to read the book again.. kai with all the experaments i've done i seems na wala ko gamay.. hahaha.. i'm so excited to go back to gym...
i don't want to sound so KJ on this but i'm not too convinced about this process after reading some articles about it. no offense for daveclark ha! it may have worked for him and for others. IMHO, this worked because you only have to concentrate solely on some selected food groups (according to your bloodtype) thereby narrowing down the food choices you eat. thus the success lies not in the process of what you are eating but in the process of disciplining yourself (your brain) to not just to eat anything and not to overeat. therefore the secret is in the "dicipline" like what all diet plans and workout programs need. lisud kayu type AB's like me, murag di kinahanglan mupuyu dire Pilipinas kay restrictive ra kaayu sa available foods here.
ako lang ni ha, para way lalis! i could be wrong. hehehe....

eat oatmeal egg whites otan den exercise mornng nia gabi.i swiming dayon pas 2x kaayo ka maniwang![]()
old fashion way ra gyud. i tried taking supplements like hydroxycut and others. pero nothing beats diet and exercise
what i mean by diet is you dont have to starve yourself. you just have to watch what you eat. exercise? it doesnt have to be a gym. doing a physical activity at least 4 times a week will be fine. it could be anything like brisk walking in the mall or garden work.
