unsa man diay ni na company?
Well its an outsourcing company. You can apply as a Virtual Assistant, PHP Programmer, Content Editor, Web Designer and etc. Well you can try to submit your resume at cebujobs@vanillanetworks.com.
No one has the right to ruin the reputation of the company (any company for that matter) just to purge some twisted grudge. Honestly, I think it's juvenile and totally unnecessary. Granted that everyone has an opinion to convey, but in my humble opinion, comments that are intended to maim the reputation of a company is just downright bitter- who does that? Vanilla Networks is a great company that cares for its employees.
General Manager ? hmmm... I did my research and I found out that Vanilla Networks Inc is an outsourcing company. They do cater voice and non-voice accounts. Don't get me wrong but I think the person who is in-charge of the whole operations is an Operation Manager (well - it's a jargon).that company sucks...specially sa ila gen manager nga lalaki...I worked there for almost a month ni hawa ko kay wa jud klaro dili kamao mo dala ug mga tao. walay systema better ayaw mo pag apply did2 sayang inyo oras.
I would say that your point of rage is not totally justified. For one month of stay? How can you conclude that the company 'sucks'? Have you heard of the word 'PROJECTION'? its a defense mechanism of the ego. Did you get fired or something?
Anyhow, I think it is not mature to speak of ill words (bad-mouth) a Company if you have personal issues either with the management or with your co-employees. That is so not the right thing to do, it simply shows that you are bitter.
TIP: when you are going to apply or send in your resumes to certain companies - do your assignment, learn about the Company (at least a short background) so you wont end up like a dim wit in front of your interviewer.
Ni hawa ka.. because of the reason na walay klaro and dili kabalo modala ug tawo. Mabawa sa reason gud? Are you that type of employee who persistently needs supervision from you General Manager as what you call it. I believe that when you will be working in such a company you will be directly working with a client Since you are working directly with a client, do you know what customer service is? I think it is your client who fired you out because let's just say "wala kay klaro and dili ka kabalo". ?

Well, you're right about what you've heard. Vanilla Networks is an outsourcing company. If you're asking are there any clients? There's a lot. That's why Vanilla Networks is hiring more employees just to cater the needs of it's clients.
It's up to you if you'll show up or not. If I may humbly suggest, I would say "show up". What's wrong with showing up and see it for yourself? Anyways, it is just an interview and it won't kill you.
see you! apply here cebujobs@vanillanetworks.com.
Well even though you have a grudge on the person it is not right to bad mouth a company. If the company knows what you're doing, well then i dont know..... As per people i would say i second the motion!!!!!

NO INSULTS to you or whatever but here is what I think.
Maybe you did not act properly or you have done some things that made you worthy of such acts by their GM. How can I say so? I think "professional" people will not do things without reasons. I was interviewed by the their GM before and I think he is professional enough.
My point is, try to be professional in dealing with things. If you feel that you are being mistreated, you can file a case for them. Not just post something here and talk behind his (Vanilla Network's GM) back. Sorry to say this, while I read your post, I said to myself "dapat ra man sad di ay xa dili tarongon kai unprofessional man pod xa.". Your post is here is so unprofessional frankly speaking. If you think that the GM don't have the skills to be such or he did not have a good system for their company, then, GO AHEAD and apply for his position. Let's see what you can do and If you will do better, then I will take back all I have said above.
Just a piece of advise, act professionally. If he had mistreated you, file a case or something. If he had underestimated you and your skills, then move on. Work your way up so you can prove that the GM was wrong about you. Not this way to trying to stab him at the back. Makes you look like your worthy of being treated badly because your not professional enough.
Peace out man!!
