naks! i thought its just a spot..or what we commonly hear, "kagid" or "pahak". lol
if that is already a big wound, well, what i advise on the upper part would really not work for your dog. i suggest, or a must, that you really need to bring it to the vet and let them decide what is good for. at least they really know what is the correct measure for that.

or, if you don't want.. let the vet go to your house. lol
