all you have to do is to keep all the important/necessary files of an employee.
simula sa application nya hanggang sa resignation or termination nya.
para kung sakali man na me magreklamo, meron kang ipapakita na files/record.
try to ask your boss if the company has an existing 201 files of the employees.
coz it will be easy for you to re arrange it na lang.
but if there is none, you have to start sa simula talaga.
i locate mo lahat ng files na nasa filing cabinet. segregate it according to names of your employees.
then make an individual folders then keep their individual files.
you know what, these files should be handled with confidentiality.
employees should have no direct access to it.

to make it simplier, just get a folder and right the name of each employee on the side (1 employee 1 folder) then just file all the things mentioned above in the folder. Thats your 201 file... no format needed...but make sure naa ka idea uunsa mga file imo gibutang ngadto para di ka mag sigi ukay in case naa ka pangitaon..
Resume raman na and other requirements.. You don't have to borrow the 201 files of strangers.. its confidential.. sa employees ra pwede nimo ma tan.aw if HR ka ..
201 file is a very confidential file it covers all your resume, appraisals,tor, and it includes also some written warning, medical records, in short all your important files it could be a negative or positive aspect, 201 is one of the basis of you character and personality (only HRD will kept all your file) i don't know in some companies.
pero ikaw mismo maka buhat ug like 201 file, gather lang nmo ang important na documents needed mao na cya, make a lots of copy nlang kay basi mawala nya na atleast naa ka extra kay importante bya kay na ato tagsa2 kay files, do not disregard your file kay usa na cya sa key to your ambition, if you have plans to work outside the country
