Does grounding CPU prevents electrocution upon touching sa CPU metal case?

karon pako kadunggog ani cpu na gi ground bay. wa gyud ko idea na naa diay option to do so. but judging fom the fact that almost all personal computers on the market today do not need you to implement some form of grounding procedure (aside from just installing the motherboard right), i would say that there really is no need to do so.

i don't think they get electrocuted because their feet don't touch the ground.
