HELP! cant install Zune software!

ei guys! im having problems with the zune setup and installation..
i just got my zune 2 80 gb! for me to use the gadget, i need to install the software..
i was able to download the software online but cant seem to fully install it..got "Error message 8
Installation failed, package Zune failed to install"
i was given this link for troubleshooting..kindly check this out --> A required component cannot be installed when you try to install the Zune software
i dont know what i lack but im pretty sure that my PC passed the hardware requirements..
does this have to do with my Windows OS' authenticity?! I already got the microsoft update but still got the same problem..KIndly help PLS!!

i used to get that error message also when i downloaded my software sa ilang site... try redownloading the software...


and by the way.... WOW! sweet 80gb zune 2... nagmantinil lang ko aning akong zune 30gb...

musta naman ni bro? la ghapon nimo na install? so far ok ra akng zune.. naa nkoy daghan na install na games dri..2D lng hinuon..hehe

im sure its not the o.s being genuine... because i installed the zune software sa office using genuine win XP o.s and sa akong desktop sa bahay which is not genuine win XP... ok raman... corrupt download lang gyud na siya sir... or you can install the software that came with the package and from that zune software version naa na syay capability to search for the update and would download it automatically...

at last! finally installed the zune sotware.. ng update rko sa ako internet explorer to 7 nya ako sad run ang active X..up and running na tawn!!

cool au ang zune mga bro..nindotan ko sa iya interface nya dako sad au screen! dismaya lng ko sa iya radio kay kutob ra 90 ang FM station..ahak..hehehe
