same thing happened to me. same branch. same answers. i did informthe manager about what's written on the website upon opening of the EON cyber account. And mind you, io actually read the rules, word for word. I was told to go back when I receive the confirmation letter thru snail mail. It didnt sound fair because afterall I did apply online partly to avoid all those travelling (except the necessary ones I guess). But what choice did I have. I went back with the letter, I was cheerfully informed that 3 months pa ang card makuha, the lady wrote down their tel number on my letter para i can just call them to check lang para dili daw ko makapoy. it was my second visit, so nakapoy nako. But I didnt want to complain. I just informed the manager what's on THEIR site. tando lang siya. Oh well, you cant win them all. Thats when I became desperate and took my business to another bank. Im not gonna wait 3 months for the card. Im not going back there for the 3rd time. EON might have worked well for the others who applied earlier, but it's not for me. Wala koy plano ma hassle so I dont do business with this bank. I dont care or mind unsay ila requirements pangayoon from me. I will comply. But tinuod, dapat lang klarohon unta. Dapat e state sa website.
