I believe its just a hoax, because I dont believe in Hell.
I dont believe in Hell because there is no evidence of its physical existence. And Hell should be physical to produce sound...
Other than that, since Hell exists only in the imagination, the implication that this sound came from Hell is just mere imagination and nothing more.
