Oh, ok. check this link out... 6.5" coax speakers JBL..
https://www.istorya.net/forums/vehicl...egoliable.html
what kind of amp are you using to power them?
mga dudes... musta! boom boom na kaau mo ha.. ako nawad-an ko gana auto sounds.. MAHAL na kaau ang GAS... sakit na kaau.. 55/liter.. huhuh
by the way anyone knows how to install an auto speakers for home use? planing to put my cv 15" and focals sa ako rm.. sounds for my pc.. hehe i am a maniac of ideas!!!
chances are, here's what the installer did:
* 2 front channels of the amp were used to drive your separates
* 2 rear channels bridged (outputs of 2 channels e.g. RR+/RL-) to drive your sub
since you have a dvc sub, he could also have wired it such that each rear channel of the amp drives 1 voice coil... making sure inputs are in phase (e.g. getting either the L or R signal then split it and connect to amp's L and R inputs)
Blade, need to ask you a question. I'll be getting my gear in this week and I got a couple wiring questions to ask.
My d class amp is rated at 12.5v; 1,200 watts @ 1ohm
My 4 channel amp is rated at 12.5v; 65 watts/channel @ 4ohms
My question is, would I have to run 0/1 ga. wires for this set up? I will be doing the big 3 in 0/1 gauge wires but since they run about 300/foot here, I just want to know what my options are. Hope you can help bro.
sir ccc111,
Asa ka nakapalit sa 0/1ga. na tag-300? unsa ang brand?
tia
Ii think my alt is 130amps so all i'll have to do is upgrade to the big 3. I'm still trying to find an alternative for the 0/1 gauge wires though. 300/foot is just too much. I'm thinking of checking out 0 gauge welding cables. a lot of car audio guys use this as an alternative. I have to check on the prices, only down side about it is that it's not as flexible.
