too bad, it is sad for them to loose their job during that time, but would it have made a difference it they lost it in a much earlier time? I don't think so... you have to understand, if a company keeps an employee, no matter how bad that employee's performance is (productivity, quality, attendance), then that company should become a charity institution and not a business.

and, you're talking about people nga nangataktak kay dagko sila ug sweldo, nganong naa paman lagi mga tawo diha nga sobra pa 4 years, trabaho lang gihapon... kay kanang nangahabilin, kasabot man gud sila nga lisod balhin² ug trabaho so maningkamot ka sa unsa imo naa karon aron dili ka taktakon...
as what my former boss said, don't give the company a reason to take you out... just do your job, do it well and you'll have no issues at all... (true to all companies...)
honestly, i got my own issues with the company, i have issues with my boss, i have issues with my colleagues, but I will not let the company have issues with my performance because if I do, I know I'll loose my job... not a good thing especially with all these economic problems that's happening...
I'm just getting tired of people whining about the company and not looking at themselves... check yourself sa uy kung angay ba jud mo mureklamo, basin and companya dapat diay ang mureklamo bahin ninyo...
