hm... imho better get a 22 than a 19 lcd.

how long you gonna use your LCD?" for me mas madali magupgrade sa vc than lcd.
in 4-6yrs siguro gagamitin ko ang 22er ko. While ang vc ko less than 2yrs lang. So ill be upgrading my vc 2-3times before i do upgrade on my LCD. By then i can maximize using the LCD for the duration of 3vc's.

I dont have plans to SLI kay basin mura na ug plantsa ang power consumption (8800GT OC SLI).

Salamat sa mga replies. I think I will go with the 19" wide LCD from samsung.
Nindut bitaw ang 19" murag dako ra ang 22".

if you seen x264 @ 19" and 22" you will know which LCD you will want to have. For gaming you can do the 1280 reso easy... meron ka pa "leeway" for future vc upgrade that can max out to 1680.

    just my 2cents.

GL whichever monitor you will get.

Why would you waste money on a 19", buy the 22" you can use 1440x900 on a 22" either you add black borders to keep the aspect ratio or just stretch the image to fit on screen ( pixelation is only visible on ingame text )

pwede man sad 800x600 imo reso "piritng dakoa lang" but... diba as the saying goes... maayo pag sobra kay pwede pagamyan kay ang 19 dili na man nimo pwede mapadako ug maayo.

An 8800gt can't handle 22" at full resolution on newer games with full details. Thats why you need to put some games on window mode to get the full details.

Well a 22" monitor is usefull substitute for your TV watching pleasures. Its a good idea to have a large monitor if your computer is on a sala set or in a living room you can make it into a TV.
A 19" is sufficient enough for me Since I'm not setting up my PC in a Sala or in the Living room.
