help! my pldt modem and router doesn't work

I called pldt about this and they said there must be a conflict between the modem and the router, I've been using this D-Link router for about 5 months wothout problem now. I don't remember how to change the address and make it work. Please help.. anyone?

Bro how many PC dat run from ur internet DSL, hv u try to disconnect ur router and direct from modem to PC, try it bro f connections is ok so, we just reconfigure ur router f d connections failed so dat time u call again ur ISP provider for dat problem, an as u said u use a dlink router m i know versions of router so dat we can easily to fix dat conflict problem

there's a connection basta direct. Pero di mag connect if gamit na ang router. And there are 4 computers connected to this router..

walay reset button ang router pero maunplug and plug sya. I also tried chaging the ip address coz I was figuring out why magconflict and modem and router. It still won't work coz Idk how to configure it properly.

Change the ip of your router because nag conflict na sa ip sa imong modem.

check the ip of your router.
then check the gateway of your pc's.
