diba kanang mga adsene kay kailangan mana og paypal account then kung kailangan og paypal kay langan pud ka og bank nga mo dawat sa imo nakita..

unsa may bank diri cebu nga mo accept og paypal kanang atm ha og DILI credit card ha kay ala pa ko work.

you can apply for EON card bisag wala kay atm or credit card..i think 300 (i'm not sure) man cgro ang bayad paopen ng account then may annual fee na 350..

naka-try nako sa akong BPI EPS but via xoom to..
and if am not mistaken kay ang Unionbank and BDO mn pud..=) (dili kau dyud ko sure ani kay passing ra au ko sa info about them before kay BPI mn ko)

nai charge ang BPI?... pila man?...

ang bdo kay ni.charge man ug PhP200...
