Pumba: from what ive understand , corporate enrvironment kuno didto but mainly first, makuha na nimo imo health card and covered na ka dayon once hired (unlike others na 3-5months pa ka bag-o ma kuha or covered sa hmo), then bag-o iya mga facilities, free coffee, and mainly a much bigger difference daw sa salary.

maynard: wala koy sure sa offers murag depende ata sa ilang offeran, kay naa ko kaila gi offeran ug 30k plus for TL.
so do the math for OM and SOM nalang...

they have a better offer if you have call center experience...it really depends siguro on your skills....

what exactly is the "non-competing" clause sa call center contract? i was asked to return to cvg if i have a clearance from ttc na. is coe same as clearance?

on my own understanding, that is if you'll be transferring to a different company that is operating the same line of business as your previous employer, you shouldn't be hired within the stipulated period of time.

correct me if im wrong though...
