slow stream speed

i was wondering why i'm getting very slow stream speeds from youtube, veoh and the like whereas before i used to have no problem when streaming videos from those sites (i.e. no buferring problems). i checked the speed of my internet connection at speedtest.net and it has been as consistent as before,

are there any settings on my web browser that i should changed?, what are the factors that affects streaming speeds?, help me pls. as am i not really that knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff, thanks

I too have this... and myspace too is slow... might be the routing of th ISP...

i called pldt tech support and the agent instructed me to change the dns values but streaming is still slow, , help anyone

Its not the dns. I am running my own dns server and it is the same...

Just do a tracert youtube.com in the command prompt.
