    .. i don't know if this is feasible but one suggestion could be in hardware shops, Rugby should not be sold to children. And on a greater scope, the congressmen and senators who do nothing but to plot an impeachment against the president should look at this matter, this is the result of the disunity of our leaders. It's children that are affected.

    some of them walk around toting ice picks and knives. these kids are dangerous. dswd's programs should be expanded to help them more.

    i think naa nay mga manufacturers of rugby that puts an additive as deterrent for sniffing...i don't know if there is already an existing law but we should.

    pero looking at it on another side, ang rugby boys mangita gyud na ug paagi. kung dili rugby, they use paint thinner, or some other alternatives. bsan gani kanang gasolina pwede...

    hehe. mao pud...kung wa na gyud cguro lain makit-an like kawaton like siphon off from cars or sa motor...bahinon man pud na nila like divided by 10. just like rugby they buy 1 bottle nya bahinon...
