[color=navy]When a typical rational person is in a "bad mood", it doesn't necessarily mean that the person wants to hurt someone, dioes it?

Verbal abuse, however, is when a person intentionally injures another's well-being, in terms of esteem and emotional stability, through the harsh use of language. It's like using words like a belt or a stick to beat someone. There is the intention of harm or defeating another person.

Verbal abuse need not be profane. Insults like "stupid", "snob", snide remarks, or negative comments consistently directed or hurled at an individual, whether spoken or written, can be considered as verbal abuse.

If one is using words to hurt others constantly, if one doesn't have at least good, positive, or pleasant words to say or declare about certain persons and certain things daily, or even when one person rarely has a pleasant thought in mind then I think that person is suffering from such a syndrome that resorts to verbal abuse, using words to hurt others.
