i don't really do the whole set and written up diet thing because i feel it restricts me. but i know how much and what i need, and when i need it.
i will generally eat a oatmeals, lotsa eggs (yolk included) brown rice, wheat bread, tuna, corned beef, peanuts, or something with a similar amount of carbs/protein/good fats in my meals. my natural protein largely comes from eggs.
i love raw eggs too!
very hard for me to write all this things down-- i just do it... just the way i run things.

5-6 meals.. choose nutrition dense foods over calorie dense foods..
1 grm of protein per lbs of body weight..
1.5 grms - 2 grms of carbs per lbs of body weight.. the least is 1 grm of carb per lbs of body weight.. but only for a week.. get back ko to 1.5 for maintenance napud
take in good fats to avoid starvation response sa lawas..
change carb, protein, fat ratios..
choose simple starchy and complex carbs..
avoid refined as much as possible..
Take in hi Glycemic index carbs during massing up.. it will help recover faster..

OT: sayon ra man leche flan.. 6-8 eggs for 1 can of condense milk then mix it.. (some put a cup of sugar but for me i skip it cause it's too sweet already)
then you carmelize sugar and water in the metal container for the leche flan..
then strain the egg mixture into the carmelized sugar gently..
then you cover it and place the container into a big pot of boiling water( ang water level kai purag half ra sa container nimo) then let it boil for 20 mins. (make sure you have water lang.. )
then let it cool at room tempreture then ref it...
Fibre!! not just for old ppl k lol
take note.. when taking in high fibre.. drink a lot of water too..
and don't take too much fibre...
too much fibre can lead to intestinal discomfort or dehydration..
breakfast 1 cup brown rice, steam breast chicken(way timpla), banana

snack:wheat bread with tuna
dinner: 1/2 cup brown rice, steam fish(way timpla)
ako sad..planning to be slim na jud. i should be sexy na before my bday....hekhhek... anyway, im planning to be on a water sports. ^^, i love water.. ive been to the beach yesterday.. what do you think of swimming? wa ko pool sa house so i need a pool, and i dont like beach bcoz, ill get totally burn. i dont like going on a gym kay gasto and tiring, better i think ang swimming kay ma enjoy ko. ^^,
