Nothing is perfect. Erap is not perfect. GMA is not perfect. We are all not perfect. That is why we have to react when situations are presented before us. Do we allow GMA to continue despite what she did or despite what she has become- - -no credibility? GMA is a problem and we have to solve it. Democracy works this way. And its not always the expiration of the term. We are not bound by term limits if the situation does not call for it.

Democracy is dynamic because its a government of the people. Being a government of the people, all public offcers must always be accountable to the people. They must be above reproach. Now if there arise in their character that does not befit him or her the highest position of the land then by all means we must do something.

Our only choice is impeahment and resignation. If we choose impeachment its a long and divisive process. Besides impeachment is only a useless formality because GMA with or without being impeached has lost her credibility to govern.

I don't think na si GMA lang ang problema sa pilipinas dong, kay ang tanan politiko maoy problema sa pinas. no Credibility to govern? are you saying this because she cheated during the election...? hmm. I think every politicians cheated during the election walay mapili maskin isa (apil barangay captain apil gani konsehal basta naa lang kwarta)! . Do you think na ang mga persons behind anang mga rally credible to set as president of the pinas?

Now incase na ma oust si GMA... I guess maghulat na lang pud ko lain na presidente na mapanaug sa pwesto. hehehe. I really am not 100% infavor of Cebu/Visayas as a new republic.... Kay murag lisod maglisod man ta ani na kahimtang.....

Being a republic separated from Luzon and Mindanao would be a great struggle maybe for us...Why? I don't think it is that much easy to immediately implement such system in a place from scratch...Imagine, not all living in Cebu are all cebuanos ( especially students ), don't you think its very difficult for them to Travel from Mindanao and back to Cebu (weekly for some) thinking that we would already be having this VISA or PASSPORT.....Personnaly, I agree to this one since its really for the benefit of the Cebuanos and it's land improvement but let us also think of our fellow countrymen(now as philippines) that we are one, years and decades ago and so instead let us think as a NATION but not as Cebuanos alone...
