The Americans did that to us in Samar during the short Filipino-American war...and this is well documented and not hearsay. They massacred "any person capable of bearing arms", which meant everyone well above 9 years old had to be killed.

si dietrich doesn't have any military background..napunta lang na sya dinha sa iyang position kai itoy na ni hitler..hehe!! Si Heydrich is a pure military man..what Himmler was to the SS Heydrich was to the Gestapo..he's a very good intelligence officer..pero he got killed lang perhaps he was too overconfident in his safety sa iyahang kaharian sa Moravia..ang Einsatzgruppen was also headed by Nazi intellects they were a handful of them i just can't recall their names bacn si Rodsky makatubag ana..and about sa final solution murag si Adolf Eichmann man cguro to ang main proponent ana besides hitler..again Rodsky has more authority on that area..mas daghan syag nahibaw-an ana.

wla na cguro oi...probably dead or too old na kaayo..the last official high ranking nazi nga na record or let's say nahibaw-an sa mga tao was..Rudolf Hess..who committed suicide in the late 80's..they say most of the nazis fled to Argentina pero i don't know if tanan tua didto..some notable nazis who were already convicted but escaped the noose was i think Carl Doenitz?..(dli pako sure) pero sure ko that Albert Speer survived and lived and died of natural causes..ang naa karn cguro are neo nazis..pero some groups who's main ideology is ethnic purity ma considered na nga neo-nazis..a great example of a neo nazi movie was Ed Norton's American History X i've been looking all over ana dri sa atoa sa pirated and originals bt to no avail

basically just the same things that they can do.
simply human nature. so just move on.
there are treaties/rules of war being made to prevent a reoccurance, but it only applies to so called modern nations, but look at africa, or any other region nga naa gihapoy civil war or religious war, most of the time rules of war wont apply, bata pay mopusil nimo.
