My God, this forum has deteriorated. The problem is GMA. You cannot solve a problem by creating another problem. Why cant you just face the real issue. Its GMAs credibility and nothing more.

This moves of some sourgraping politicians in the south is only intended to blackmail our people into not supporting a very noble cause which is to restore faith and honor in or government by ousting the immoral GMA.

These misguided Cebuanos are falling into the trap of the people they say they abhor. They did not realize that they too are being used by the politicians who stands to lose a regime change is effected in Manila. Greed has not been more pronounced in the present crop of Cebu politicians.

the real issue here is that...the oppositions are nothing but crooks!!..they are bringing down the economy with their SELFISH agenda..no more..no less!

Nothing is perfect. Erap is not perfect. GMA is not perfect. We are all not perfect. That is why we have to react when situations are presented before us. Do we allow GMA to continue despite what she did or despite what she has become- - -no credibility? GMA is a problem and we have to solve it. Democracy works this way. And its not always the expiration of the term. We are not bound by term limits if the situation does not call for it.

Democracy is dynamic because its a government of the people. Being a government of the people, all public offcers must always be accountable to the people. They must be above reproach. Now if there arise in their character that does not befit him or her the highest position of the land then by all means we must do something.

Our only choice is impeahment and resignation. If we choose impeachment its a long and divisive process. Besides impeachment is only a useless formality because GMA with or without being impeached has lost her credibility to govern.

In case GMA is ousted... i just want the Visayas.. to be independent of Manila.. think about this? Manila seems to be the PHilippines.. This will not be the last time that they would take their sentiments to the streets... This is a sign of more president to be ousted!
