They are recieving money as payment because that money is bound for the expenses the SURROGATE MOTHER will use on top of her fees . That is not PROSTITUTION be cause the process is done ARTIFICALLY . The sperm is from a donor of choice and the egg is from the SURROGATE MOTHER .

Do you guys really think the supposed to be FATHER actually will enagage in SEXUAL INTERCOURSE to impregnate her and for process purposes ok lang sa wife ? Thats a misconception .

Again PROSTITUTION is different in definition , you pay for sexual pleasures while the BABY MAKER issues are different because it is directed to those who wants children but are not capable of producing .

ARTIFICAL INSEMINATION is not new , what the media is trying to single out was the fact that MINORS are involved .

I agree with those who note that this is not prostitution and it's perfectly legal.

That being said, wouldn't it be healthier and less risky legally to go with a girl of legal age, instead of a 14 year old?

It doesn't seem to me that there is any shortage of legal age Filipinas who would be willing to do this at reasonable rates, so why choose such young ones?

Why try to force something like this when it should be easy to find someone to do it legally?

its not prostitution because there is no sexual act, about 14, 15 year old carriers it depends on the customers, women who are very young could have high risk pregnancy.

i dont tink mu-go pa cla sa effort of artificial insemination. i tink s*x is involve diri... it's so sad for these things to be happening esp to children so young pa ang age...

Then the issue of BABYMAKERS is not the real issue . Its all about EXPLOITATION and CHILD ABUSE .

Real BABYMAKERS , like the ones I personally knew , undergoes such process to include piles of legal paperworks .
